TODEV VN ("we", "us", "our") developed Mergify Blocks Puzzle ("the App") as a puzzle game for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Game Data (Stored Locally)
- Game progress, scores, and high scores
- Game settings and preferences (sound, music, haptics, block skins)
- Currency (coins) balance
- Achievement progress and unlock status
- Power-up usage and session data
All game data is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults and file storage. We do not transmit this data to any server.
2.2 Apple Game Center
If you choose to sign in to Game Center, Apple handles all authentication and data. We submit:
- Your game scores to Game Center leaderboards
- Achievement progress to Game Center

2.3 Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements, including:
- Banner Ads — Displayed at the bottom of certain screens
- Rewarded Ads — Optional video ads you choose to watch for in-game rewards (e.g., Lucky Spin)
Google AdMob may collect certain data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. This may include:
- Device advertising identifier (IDFA) — only with your explicit consent via the App Tracking Transparency prompt
- IP address (for approximate location and ad fraud prevention)
- Device information (model, OS version)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
You can choose to decline ad tracking when prompted. The App will still function normally with non-personalized ads.
2.4 Remote Configuration
The App fetches a small encrypted configuration file from our server to manage app settings (such as minimum version requirements). This request includes:
- Standard HTTP headers (IP address, user agent)
No personal data is sent in this request. The configuration data is cached locally and refreshed periodically.
2.5 Analytics
We do not collect analytics data. We do not use any analytics SDKs.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data (GPS, precise location)
- Browsing history
- Contacts, photos, or camera access
- Health or fitness data
- Financial or payment information

5. App Tracking Transparency
On iOS 14.5 and later, the App will request your permission before accessing your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
If you decline, ads will still be shown but will not be personalized based on your activity across other apps and websites.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.
7. Data Storage & Security
All game data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers or databases for storing user data. Remote configuration data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM before transmission.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
Since all game data is stored locally, you can delete it at any time by:
- Using the "Reset Data" option in the game's Settings menu
- Deleting the App from your device
Third-party services (Google, Apple) may retain data according to their own policies.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
